Opinion of the jury: The project authors relate in an interesting way to the existing area, proposing the creation of an integral complex of buildings with a clearly defined border. The newly designed buildings connected to the existing ones distinguish an inner garden yard and, at the same time, create the frontage of the quarter making it part of the urban structure of Warsaw. The pavilions located on the eastern and western border of the area, performing support functions for the neighboring park areas and service functions, may positively influence the creation of spaces facilitating social contacts.
The project proposes a shoebox concert hall with reverberation chambers, allowing to achieve good acoustic results. The coupling between the inner volume of the hall and the additional reverberation chamber volume can be varied using a series of operable doors as a function of the musical composition. The hall proposes three balconies at the rear and the sides of the room. Other than the choir balcony seats, no audience is situated around the orchestra, creating a relatively frontal concert hall.
The foyer space characterized by low perceptual attractiveness, complicated musical instruments transportation between the main concert hall and the big rehearsal room, as well as an unfavorable location of the administration building of the Concert Hall behind a wall made of non-transparent glass modules are all solutions which inspire doubts. Moreover, the decision to replace the greenery within the complex seems doubtful too – the difference concerning
the quality between the existing and the proposed landscape solution does not seem to be big enough to justify it.

Interesting way of integrating historic elements of the complex by means of new ones. Interesting relations between open for general use spaces and limited-access spaces located at different levels. Valuable solution of the problem of strong connection with the surroundings while, at the same time, distinguishing these elements from it and making it possible to temporarily close the complex, with it being open for general use.
