Installation in the workshop space for Zacheta Gallery in Warsaw
The core of the installation is the stacked floor going along the wall of the workshop space, dispersing on one side and sneaking out from the room on the other. Fluid, dynamic shapes invite children to interact with it- they crawl within, slide down from it's folds, bend their bodies to the form's curvature when need to lie down or to seat on plain surfaces of benches beside the naturally shaped drawing tables.
Unbeneath the lacquered board covers of tables and benches the pillows and drawing utencils can be stored. The inspiration source of this project was our four year old son's subversivity in treating the museum as a space for spontaneous actions. Therefore we decided to place in the Zacheta gallery a new landscape that wouldn't impose the mode of use and release fantasy and spontaneous movement.
